Brandy Rametta transforms yoga into a powerful journey for mental health and emotional intelligence. With a heartfelt commitment to helping others, she utilizes yoga as a therapeutic tool. Brandy is not only a certified yoga instructor but also a qualified practitioner in Meridian Yoga Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. By combining her educational expertise with her personal life experiences, she provides exceptional support to her clients.
At Heart & Soul Yoga, Brandy cultivates a vibrant community by inviting inspiring speakers and wellness practitioners, fostering motivation, connection, and healing. She is passionate about raising awareness in communities, corporations, and organizations, promoting yoga as a universal remedy for healing, mindfulness, and peaceful living. Her mission is to empower individuals to discover self-healing through the integration of mind, body, and soul. To help with this, Brandy has created “The Work-IN Workshop,” a transformative program designed to empower individuals to take proactive steps in managing stress, regulating emotions, and fostering self-development. This workshop equips participants with practical tools and strategies to enhance their well-being, promoting a healthier and more balanced life. This program also addresses managing stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and other emotional challenges. By offering targeted strategies and support, each workshop, event and class empowers participants to navigate difficulties, fostering resilience and promoting overall mental wellness.
Brandy’s vision includes expanding her reach to underserved populations, such as veterans, the homeless, children, individuals with disabilities or emotional disorders, senior citizens, LGBTQ group, healers, caretakers, and teachers. She has had the privilege of sharing her expertise on generational wellness and mental health at esteemed organizations like Activision, The Lions Club, CU SoCal, Whittier Union High School District, Lululemon and more!
Her advocacy for mental health has garnered recognition from the Los Angeles Mental Health Department, California Mental Health Services Authority, and The City of Whittier.

- 200-hour RYT, School of Soul Ascension Healing Arts
- 500-Hour Yoga Alliance RYT, Science of Self
Brandy Rametta uses yoga not just as a physical practice but also as a source of light to strengthen mental health and raise emotional intelligence. With a personal interest in helping others, she uses yoga as a form of therapy. Certified in yoga she is also a certified practitioner in both Meridian Yoga Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Brandy uses her education along with her life experience to better serve others. She also continues to educate herself in the mental health field and finds her advocacy by inviting speakers and wellness sponsors to the Heart & Soul Yoga space to share inspiration, motivation, community connection and healing. Brandy is committed to bringing awareness to communities, corporations and organizations and sharing yoga as a universal remedy for healing, mindfulness and peaceful living. Teaching others to discover self-healing through mind, body and soul connection is life-long committment. Her long-term goals are to continue serving her community yoga, inspiring wellness events and to continue to reach the under-serviced population such as Veterans, homeless, children, people with disabilities/emotional disorders, senior citizens, healers, caretakers, teachers and more.
