Brazilians in Qatar have Pelé in mind

The image of Pelé celebrating goals and raising trophies with the Brazilian team appeared in shirts, flags and banners of Brazilian fans who congregated in Qatar before the match against South Korea for the round of 16 of the World Cup.
Pelé, 82, remains in a hospital in Sao Paulo, recovering from an infection that was aggravated by spreading with Covid-19. He said he would see the game on television.
“I will look at the game from the hospital and be supporting each of you a lot. Good luck! ”, The star wrote on Twitter.
At 10 minutes of each time, the Brazilian twisting made a giant banner with their image behind one of the arches of the 974 stadium, referring to the jacket with the number 10 that used to wear, and chanted their name. In the image, Pelé appears with the white coat with the 10 that he had when he played with the Brazilian club Santos.
After the victory of Brazil 4-1, Neymar loaded a banner with the image of the three times world champion and with “Pelé” written in it. The entire team behind it near the central circle.
The news from Brazil was encouraging. Two daughters and a grandson of former 82 -year -old soccer player said he is not an imminent risk of death.
That was a reason for celebration for many Brazilians who have been supporting the Seleção and showing their support for Pelé from Qatar.
“We are all happy to hear that he is improving,” said the 35 -year -old Brazilian fan Raphael Bissonho. “He is the king of football, our greatest symbol. He represents Brazil better than anyone. Hopefully he will leave the hospital soon and we can see a photo of him watching the team’s game on television. ”
