If you’re part of a non-profit organization in LA County looking for support with acquiring a vacant building or land, you can apply for the LA County Dept of Economic Opportunity’s Commercial Acquisition Fund. Our office is proud to have piloted this program in Leimert Park and to continue supporting the County’s efforts to provide recoverable grants ranging between $500k to $2M to non-profit organizations in communities that were hit hardest by the COVID-19 pandemic.
